BIDBUDZ TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bidbudz.com and the services offered by G & F Corporation LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as BidBudz (“BidBudz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing or using BidBuckz, placing an order, or otherwise using BidBudz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BidBudz.
BidBudz allows eligible users to:

BidBudz is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, any correctional facility, Stripe, Anthropic, any retailer or publisher, or any correctional communications provider.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create or use a BidBudz account.
You may use BidBudz only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rules of the correctional facility involved in an order or communication.
BidBudz is intended for users in the United States. We may limit or discontinue service in a location where legal, operational, retailer, publisher, or facility requirements prevent us from providing the service.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing BidBuckz, making a transfer, or placing an order.
You are responsible for protecting your BidBudz account ID and PIN. You must not share your PIN with anyone who is not authorized to use your account.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.
You are generally responsible for activity completed through your account. However, we will reasonably investigate reported unauthorized transactions, billing errors, or account-security concerns.
BidBuckz is closed-loop store credit that may be used only through BidBudz for eligible products and services.

BidBuckz does not earn interest, dividends, or other returns.
To protect users, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law, BidBudz may establish limits on:
Applicable limits will be displayed on the website, during checkout, or within the user’s account. A transaction may be declined if it would cause an account to exceed an applicable limit.
We may apply lower limits to an account based on suspected fraud, security concerns, transaction history, or legal requirements.
BidBuckz may be purchased at the package prices displayed at checkout. You authorize our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown before completing the purchase.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. BidBudz does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe applies its own terms and privacy practices to its payment-processing services.
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase. We will investigate reasonable billing-error claims and make any correction required by law or our Refund & Fulfillment Policy.
Purchases of BidBuckz are generally final and non-refundable to cash, except for a verified billing error or where a refund is required by applicable law.

BidBuckz may be gifted or sent only between eligible BidBudz accounts or approved contacts using the transfer options available through BidBudz.
These transactions transfer BidBudz store credit only. They do not transfer cash or money to a bank account, payment card, or outside payment service.
You are responsible for confirming the correct recipient before completing a gift or transfer. BidBuckz transfers are generally final once credited to the recipient’s account.
If you make a transfer in error, contact [email protected] promptly. We may attempt to assist, but we cannot guarantee that a completed transfer can be reversed.
You may not use gifts or transfers to:
We may delay, decline, review, or reverse a transfer when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms.
When you redeem BidBuckz for a book or another publisher-direct product, BidBudz places the order with a retailer or publisher and directs the product to be shipped to the correctional facility identified in the order.
BidBudz generally does not receive, repackage, or re-mail publisher-direct products. This does not apply to photo postcards, which are handled as described in Section 7.4.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause an order to be delayed, rejected, returned, or lost.
Each correctional facility establishes its own rules for incoming books, magazines, postcards, photographs, and other mail. These rules may change without notice and may differ by facility.
BidBudz may review available facility rules, but the availability of a product through BidBudz does not guarantee that a particular facility will accept it.
We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that it may violate facility requirements.
For an eligible photo-postcard order, the customer uploads a photograph and message for BidBudz to review, print or have printed, and mail to the identified recipient.
By submitting postcard content, you confirm that:
BidBudz may review, reject, crop, resize, or request changes to submitted content. Our review does not guarantee that a facility will accept or deliver the postcard.
Photo postcards are offered only where BidBudz reasonably believes the facility permits that type of mail. We may cancel an order if a facility requires an approved vendor, prohibits commercially prepared postcards, or has another restriction preventing fulfillment.
Magazine subscriptions are fulfilled by the applicable publisher or subscription provider. The first issue may take approximately 8 to 12 weeks to arrive. Later issues will follow the publisher’s schedule.
A subscription may be affected by publisher delays, missed issues, facility restrictions, recipient transfers, release, or changes in the recipient’s status. BidBudz cannot guarantee that every issue will be delivered or accepted.
A rejected or missing individual issue does not automatically cancel the entire subscription or create a right to a full refund. Subscription credits and remedies are governed by the Refund & Fulfillment Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by retailer or publisher processing, carrier delays, facility screening, mailroom procedures, lockdowns, recipient transfers, or other events outside our reasonable control.
A delay alone does not necessarily mean that an order has failed.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item:
We will obtain your approval before making a material substitution that changes the product ordered or the amount of BidBuckz charged.
BidBudz may provide an AI-assisted reentry coaching tool for general educational purposes, including assistance with resumes, budgeting, goal setting, and general reentry preparation.
The AI tool does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental-health, employment, or other professional advice. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation.
You should independently review important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Do not enter highly sensitive information into the AI tool, including:
Messages entered into the tool are transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
The AI tool is a demonstration and educational feature. BidBudz may limit, change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
Where available, a person in custody may send plain-text commands to a designated BidBudz email address to check an account balance, view available products, place or request an order, or submit a suggestion.
Receiving an ordinary email from a correctional email system does not mean that BidBudz is integrated with, approved by, affiliated with, or endorsed by that system or the correctional facility.
BidBudz does not claim to be an approved correctional communications vendor.
Messages sent through a correctional email system may be monitored, reviewed, delayed, blocked, or retained by the facility or communications provider.
Users must comply with all applicable facility and provider rules. BidBudz may suspend the email-command feature for a facility or user if its operation appears inconsistent with those rules.
The email-command channel may not be used to relay personal communications between an incarcerated person and another person.
BidBudz does not provide text-message forwarding, private-message relay, or any service intended to bypass approved facility communication channels.

You may request cancellation before an order has been processed by the retailer, publisher, printer, or mailing provider.

Returns depend on the type of product, retailer or publisher policies, facility procedures, and whether the product can be recovered.
Our Refund & Fulfillment Policy forms part of these Terms and provides additional information about cancellations, subscriptions, rejected orders, billing errors, and BidBuckz credits.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account if we reasonably suspect:
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may close an account for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. You may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
If an account is closed without fraud, unlawful conduct, or other wrongdoing, we will reasonably assist with the permitted use or internal transfer of the remaining BidBuckz.
Because BidBuckz is non-refundable closed-loop store credit, closing an account does not automatically create a right to receive cash. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or remedy required by applicable law.
The BidBudz website, brand, software, design, text, graphics, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to G & F Corporation LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use BidBudz for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit BidBudz without our written permission.
BidBudz will use reasonable care in operating the platform and arranging orders. However:
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update, add, remove, or modify BidBudz features as the service develops. We will not reduce an existing BidBuckz balance merely because a feature changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, by email, or through another appropriate method.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a legal claim, you and BidBudz agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.
You may begin this process by emailing [email protected] with a description of the issue and the resolution requested.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any consumer-protection law that gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
These Terms do not prevent either party from bringing an eligible matter in small claims court.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Fulfillment Policy, form the agreement between you and BidBudz concerning the service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of the business, or transfer of the BidBudz service.
You agree that notices and communications may be provided electronically, including through the website or by email.
