BIDBUDZ PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how G & F Corporation LLC, doing business as BidBudz (“BidBudz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through bidbudz.com and related services.

By using BidBudz, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

BidBudz personnel may manually review this content to determine whether it complies with our policies and known facility rules.

The content may also be provided to a printing or mailing service used to prepare and send the postcard.

1.7 AI Coaching Messages

If you use the AI reentry coaching tool, we collect the questions, instructions, and other content you enter, together with the responses generated by the tool.

User-entered content is transmitted to Anthropic, our third-party AI service provider, so that a response can be generated.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account credentials, confidential legal or medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the AI tool.

If you communicate with BidBudz through email, including through a correctional facility’s email system, we may collect:

3.1 Payment Processing

We share information with Stripe as needed to process payments, prevent fraud, manage payment disputes, and provide related payment services.

3.2 Retailers, Publishers, and Fulfillment Providers

When an order is placed, we may share the recipient’s name, identification number, facility address, and order details with the retailer, publisher, carrier, printer, mailing provider, or other provider responsible for fulfillment.

These parties may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

3.3 Technology and Service Providers

We use companies that help us operate BidBudz, including:

Stripe for payment processing;

Resend for transactional email;

Cloudflare for website infrastructure and security;

Supabase for database and account infrastructure; and

Anthropic for processing messages submitted through the AI reentry coaching tool.

We may also use providers for postcard printing and mailing, fraud prevention, technical support, and similar operational services.

These providers may process information on our behalf or according to their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

5. Correctional Facilities and Communications Systems

5.1 Inbound Communications

BidBudz may receive ordinary emails sent through correctional communications systems, including supported account or ordering commands.

These emails may be monitored, reviewed, stored, delayed, blocked, or disclosed by the correctional facility or communications provider. Users should not treat communications sent through a facility system as private.

5.2 No Technical Integration or Affiliation

BidBudz is not currently connected to CorrLinks, TRULINCS, Securus, ViaPath, JPay, or another correctional communications provider through an API or formal technical integration.

BidBudz may nevertheless receive ordinary emails originating from such systems. Receiving those emails does not mean that BidBudz is partnered with, approved by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the provider or correctional facility.

5.3 Facility Records

Correctional facilities and their service providers separately collect, monitor, and retain information under their own rules and privacy practices. BidBudz does not control those practices.

6. Information About Incarcerated Recipients

Customers may provide personal information about an incarcerated recipient so that BidBudz can arrange an order or provide an eligible service.

If you provide another person’s information, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it or otherwise have a lawful reason for doing so.

Recipient information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to identify the recipient and complete the requested service.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Photo-postcard images and messages will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review, print, mail, support, and document the order, unless longer retention is required for fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or security.

AI coaching messages may be retained by BidBudz and Anthropic for the periods reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the feature, subject to applicable settings, agreements, and legal obligations.

BidBudz is operated from the United States and is intended for use within the United States.

Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.
